About Space

MET3 Parking Garage Downtown welcomes you to a stress-free parking experience tailored for cruise passengers like yourself. Feel free to start parking your vehicle with us as early as 7:30 AM on the day of your cruise. Please note that our parking facility is exclusively open during sailing dates and cannot be accessed outside of those times. If your embarkation window falls before 11:00 AM, we recommend reaching out to our parking office in advance to inquire about accommodation or alternative options.

To ensure a seamless parking process, we kindly request that you drive directly to the Port to drop off your passengers and luggage before arriving at our parking facility. We would like to inform you that our parking garage has a clearance of 7', and we are unable to accommodate oversize vehicles such as RVs or big trucks. We kindly ask that you reserve parking for cruise purposes only, with a minimum reservation duration of 3 days. Each vehicle/reservation can accommodate a maximum of 4 passengers, and no exceptions can be made in this regard.

Customers can cancel the parking reservation up to 24 hours before check-in time for a full refund. No refunds or cancellations will be processed if the reservation is within 24 hours.

Shuttle Information

SHUTTLE PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS Maximum 4 passengers are allowed on the shuttle per reservation. Make sure you get a blue shuttle information sheet from your driver. MUST FOLLOW ON RETURN TO BOARD SHUTTLE All shuttles run continuously every 25 to 30 minutes, beginning at 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Look for white vans with PREMIER CRUISE PARKING signs and flag drivers.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel the parking reservation up to 24 hours before check-in time for a full refund. No refunds or cancellations will be processed if the reservation is within 24 hours.
