The MET3 Parking Garage in Downtown Miami offers a stress-free Port of Miami parking experience. You can park from 7:30 AM on the day of your cruise. We're closed outside of sailing dates. If your embarkation window is earlier than 11:00 AM, call the parking office beforehand to ask about accommodation or alternatives. A three-day minimum stay is required, and a maximum of four passengers per vehicle/reservation is allowed. Upon arrival, please drive directly to the port to drop off passengers and luggage. Shuttle Information

Complimentary shuttle runs every 25–30 minutes. Board on Level 7 after check-in. Embarkation is 11:00 AM–3:15 PM (facility closes 3:30 PM); return service is 7:30–10:45 AM with pick-up outside your cruise terminal.

Note: Max 4 passengers per vehicle (no exceptions); drop off extras first. Keep the blue instruction sheet. Schedules may vary due to traffic, weather, or port conditions. Garage clearance 7’0”; no oversized vehicles. Call 305-220-2686 for assistance.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel the parking reservation up to 24 hours before check-in time for a full refund. No refunds or cancellations will be processed if the reservation is within 24 hours.
