Shuttle Information

Shuttle Service: Complimentary shuttle service to RDU operates from 4 AM to 12 AM (Midnight) approximately every 30 minutes.

Parking Instructions

Reservation validation is required before parking. Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel front desk with your prepaid parking reservation and license plate number. The front desk will provide a validation code and QR code to register your vehicle.

Enter the validation code first, then select "Skip This Step" on the payment screen to avoid additional charges. Once your reservation has been validated, park in any space not marked "Reserved."

Please note: To avoid credit card preauthorizaton charge You need to use the validation code on the payments screen and use the option that says "skip this step", if you start the parking session and use the validation code after you will get a preauthorization charge
