Shuttle Information

Shuttle service runs 24/7 every 30 minutes, departing on the hour and half hour for quick transportation to the airport. After parking, proceed to the designated shuttle pick-up area.

Return: After collecting your luggage, proceed to shuttle pick-up location 3B. Return shuttles depart from the hotel every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour.

Parking Instructions

• 1. Pull into the designated valet drop-off area when you arrive at the facility.
• 2. An on-site valet attendant will confirm your reservation and booking details.
• 3. Your vehicle will be inspected, and any important notes will be recorded.
• 4. Hand your keys to the valet staff, who will securely park your vehicle.
• 5. Once check-in is complete, proceed to the shuttle area for transportation to the airport terminal.

Cancellation

Cancellation is flexible. Refund requests submitted prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for processing.

As per the operator’s policy, for cancellation or refund requests made after the check-in time, approval from the parking management will be required before any refund can be processed. Refunds in such cases will be handled accordingly based on management approval.
