Shuttle Information

Airport shuttle service is available from 4:00 am - 12:30 am (midnight). Picks up at the front lobby every 15 minutes. On-Call shuttles available between 12:30 AM to 3:30 AM by calling the hotel main number. The shuttle picks up and drops off at the Hotel Courtesy Shuttle Zones located on the center island of the Departures/Ticketing Level at all SFO terminals.

Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

Once you arrive at the parking lot, please scan the QR code on the scanner at the entrance.

Note: If you picked up a ticket upon entry, scan the parking ticket first, then scan the QR code to validate your ticket.

When you arrive at the Parking Gate, scan the QR code linked to your parking reservation at the kiosk to open the gate. Please drive to the parking section labeled "ParknFly."

You are all set! When you return to pick up your car, scan the same QR code at the exit kiosk to open the gate. Note: If you picked up a ticket upon entry, scan the parking ticket first, then scan the QR code to validate your ticket.
