Parking Instructions

Cruise guests must park on the first level only.

Must park on the first floor leading up to the second. Please note that the second floor and beyond is for residential parking only. A gate blocks all vehicles from driving up to the second floor; however, this gate may be up for maintenance. Cruise parkers should never drive beyond this point or block this gate. Any cars parked beyond this point will be removed at the request of Pierhouse staff.

The rolling gate marks the boundary of residential parking. Do not cross or park beyond this point.

An open gate does not permit access to upper levels. Vehicles parked past the gate risk towing.

This garage is not staffed; compliance is monitored by roaming enforcement personnel.

A printed reservation confirmation must remain visible on your dashboard throughout your stay.

After parking, continue to the Port of Tampa. Exit the garage upon your return.
