Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

Customers are advised to check in at the front desk to present the confirmation emails and collect the hang tags and fill up the details (License Plate & Customer Name) prior to parking their vehicle at this lot.

Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time prior to your flight.

Please do not leave any valuables, personal items, or car keys in the vehicle. Extended Stay America Hotels is not responsible for items lost or stolen.

The front office is staffed between 5:30 AM and 11:00 PM. For parking assistance outside these hours, please call the listed contact number or use the phone located on the veranda.

We encourage you to call the parking lot in advance to facilitate better assistance

Please Note: Customers are kindly advised to inform the hotel directly about any reservation extensions or date changes to avoid the risk of vehicle towing from the lot.

If you park the vehicle outside of the parking lots operating hours, please reach out to the customer support using the contact details given in the confirmation mail. We will assist you from our end.

Note: RVs and trailers are not permitted at this location. Only standard passenger vehicles are allowed for parking.

Important Notice for Customers: If you are unable to obtain a hang tag from the front desk upon arrival, please ensure you place a printed copy of your booking confirmation clearly visible on your vehicle dashboard. Failure to display a hang tag or a printed confirmation may result in your vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.
