Someone attempted to break into my vehicle damaging the lock that now has to be replaced. The security did not appear concerned and was not interested in filing a report that since nothing was stolen from inside the vehicle.

The parking space and service were above and beyond. The lot was a little difficult to find only because the sign is not terribly visible and a neighboring property is more prominent. All in all, an excellent experience. Thanks!

The staff in Baymont was nice. Shuttle guys both going and coming were very nice and courteous. And the car was there and not broken into when we got back, which is ultimately the very most important item.

The hotel was in a bad area of town...you could tell by the conditions of buildings around the hotel and the fence around the parking lot was torn down in one spot. I wish I had known that. Obviously if you feel you are parking in a bad area you are going to be more concerned about your vehicle. Fortunately nothing happened. I WAS surprised that the hotel clerk said I could just go. There's no checkout procedure? Do they even keep tabs on your vehicle? Would they contact me if...

My complaint was upon arrival there was no parking spaces in the hotel lot. They had a lot for use on the other side of the fence shared by a restaurant, which is where I was instructed to park. My flight was leaving within a hour and a half, and I had no choice but to park there which I was not totally comfortable with.
Also when I arrived back, I called to see how long will the shuttle be and was told a few minutes. Well after a second call and 40 minutes later I finally was picked up

Waited at airport 45 minutes for a shuttle that supposedly runs every 30 minutes. Desk attendant not there for a couple minutes when I arrived. She seemed disinterested when I returned.

My trip finding the hotel was very bad.it only took you to the exit and said turn left.we passed the hotel and almost missed my flight.coming back I called the hotel before and after I landed the attend said the shuttle was on the way after an hour passed we had to pay a neighbor note shuttle to drop us off.thank god for him .I have used this shuttle in the past and will never use this service again.

Shuttle never arrived to pick us up from the airport. Another hotel shuttle took us.

The shuttle service was prompt my departure day but when I returned tonight, no one answered the pick up call after calling for 25 mins. Thank goodness for another hotel across from the baymont. The driver offered to take me and my small child. I was very disappointed with baymont and will never use them again. I am just getting home from a day of airports.

This was the worst park and fly I have did ever.i was at the hotel at 5:00 and the driver never showed up until after 6;30 by then I was in a cab .and now that I have got back I been calling for about 45 mins and nobody answering the phone which is bad cause I got to be to work

Had a lincoln as a shuttle to the airport. Felt like a VIP...once in a lifetime experience I'm sure!! Very prompt and courteous experience from front desk personnel and drivers to and from airport!
