Our Reservation Policy

GlobalAirportParking.com wants to make booking your airport and seaport parking as easy as possible while striving to save you money. The following terms outline the process of booking and are designed to ensure your satisfaction.

Methods of Payment

GlobalAirportParking.com currently accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover.

Changes to your itinerary

We understand that plans change. You can cancel your reservations any time before the check-in time mentioned on your reservation confirmation (Except for Premier Cruise Parking which requires cancellation 7 days prior to the start date and time of your reservation). To cancel, you may email to [email protected] or call the 954-828-0242. Once your reservation has begun, you will not be able to cancel your reservation and will no longer be eligible for any refunds or credits. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused days.

Our Cancellation Policy

Any reservation can be cancelled for a full refund prior to the start date and time listed on your reservation (Except for Premier Cruise Parking which requires cancellation 7 days prior to the start date and time of your reservation.) To cancel a reservation, the customer must contact GlobalAirportParking.com (NOT the parking facility) at 954-828-0242 or [email protected] BEFORE the reservation starts. Regardless if the parking reservation is used or not there will be no refunds issued after the reservation has started.

Substitutions

Very seldom a service a lot was providing may be changed without notice. Say from valet to self or covered to uncovered. If a change results in an upgrade to your previous service there will be no extra charge. If a change results in a downgrade to your previous service we will credit you the difference in price it would have cost you.

Global Airport Parking, Inc. Liability

Global Airport Parking, Inc. functions as an third party to connect airport and seaport travelers in search of discounted parking with privately owned parking lot and hotel operators. GlobalAirportParking.com is not involved in the actual transaction between the traveler and the parking lot operator "Associate". GlobalAirportParking.com requires its Associates to make every effort to honor your reservation. In the event of unforeseen situations, including but not limited to, Acts of God, War, or other conditions such as severe weather conditions, your reservation could be cancelled. Although we attempt to affiliate with only reputable, licensed and insured companies, GlobalAirportParking.com has no control over the quality or safety of any parking facility.

You assume all risks associated with dealing with the Associates as well any other third-party with whom you come in contact with through this web site and agree to hold harmless Global Airport Parking, Inc. and it's Associates, Parking lot operators, Hotel owners and managers from any and all liability for any loss or damage of any sort to your vehicle or person incurred as a result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such Associates or third-parties on this web site. Additionally, you agree to hold harmless Global Airport Parking, Inc. and it's Assciates, parking lot operators & owners, hotel owners and managers from any travel related expenses incurred as a direct or indirect result of the Associates, including but not limited to, missed flights, any costs of rescheduling flights, lodging, meal or transportation expenses due to rescheduling flights, inconvenience, mental anguish, or other direct or indirect expenses.

Day Use

When booking a parking reservation at the Quality Hotel Dorval located at the Montreal Airport, you are entitled to a "day use" of their facilities.

Shuttle Policy/Liability:

The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, our drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, in the driver's judgment, is unruly, disruptive or poses a threat to the safety of the vehicle or anyone on board. In addition you assume all risks associated with taking any of the facilities complementary shuttles and agree to hold harmless Global Airport Parking, Inc. and it’s associates, Parking Lot Operators, Hotel Owners and Managers from any and all liability for any loss or personal injury incurred in any relation to its shuttle service.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

In no way means any event shall Global Airport Parking, Inc., its suppliers, parking lot owners and managers, hotel owners and managers, or any third parties mentioned on this web site be liable for any damages whatsoever including, but not limited to, incidental and consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of income, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the web site and the information, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal provision. You agree to hold harmless Global Airport Parking, Inc. and its Associates whether or not any party is advised or has knowledge of the possibility of such damages.
