Our car had a lot of snow still on roof and hood of car which I had to remove myself at 12:00 a.m. otherwise great service. Thanks

Everything was fine. Until we came back from our trip, the attendant couldn't find the key to my car and didn't communicate with his coworker for almost 30 minutes to see if they had the key. Very frustrating after flying all day

We arrived at Logan around 1:00 am and called Select Airport Parking right away. We waited for about 30 min for the van to arrive, though it should only take 15 min to get to the terminal from the parking lot.

Being a busy time of year I understand some delays, but there should be more organization with answering the phone in a timely manner, and responding to text messages requested from patrons using the services. It's a cold time of year there should be a since of urgency to stream line the process.

Shuttle time was much better than it has been on previous trips.
I will continue to use Select whenever I am flying.

I was very impressed with the service at Select Airport Valet BOS. I arrived and left very early in AM. They were most helpful, prompt, and I hardly had to wait at all.
Due to lost luggage, I did not have my original reservation number, but they were most understanding.
I would happily use this parking service again! It is a bit further from BOS than many others, though.

I have used airport parking lots/shuttle services all over the northeast for the past 10 years and have never had a worse experience than this one. Firstly I was charged more than what I was originally quoted. The lot advertises a shuttle service being available for rides to the airport at every 15-20 minutes; I had to wait WELL over this amount of time for a ride to my flight. Upon arrival back, nobody would answer the phone and I waited over an hour to be picked up, with no apologies or explan

After having some difficulties locating the lot initially,we found the service to be quite good.On our return we were picked up within 15-20 minutes.Which is acceptable and, the car was ready when we arrive at the lot.
For the future, would prefer to be able to lock the car when leaving on the trip.

We had a good experience once we were able to find the place. I recommend that Se-Lect parking writes out a description on their site of how to get to the location in Revere. Google maps was not clear, and it was stressful trying to find the place. Once we got there the service was prompt and efficient. I will definitely use this parking again, because now I know how to find it. Also confusing are the 2 names - Global parking and Se-Lect parking website said Global but the parking lot is Se-Lect

The parking lot was farther from the airport than explained to me. There was no one at the office when I arrived. The office was filthy and old
I had to call a posted # and was told the shuttle would arrive in 20 minutes.it did not.I had to call again
When returning home, I called your office and had to wait a half hour for the shuttle after calling twice. I was picked up in a van with no AC. I will never use your service again and will tell my friends as well.

As instructed I called afterr I got my luggage and was told 15 to 20 min. After 20 min. I called again and was told they were on the way. I pointed out I was told that it would only be a couple of min. when I dropped off my car and I got hung up on. I called back and was told to be patient there was a lot of traffic and it happens all the time. Got picked up after 30 min. I asked the driver if there was any traffic or construction and he said no. I was lied to and will never go back again.

Almost missed flight due ti waiting for shuttle for 35 minutes then hit heavy traffic . Everything great with prompt shuttle pick up at artival.

The attendant while dropping off car was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL:
~Absolutely NO sense of urgency for all those needing to get to airport
~45 minute wait in van before driving over to airport, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE
~Slamming doors several times while people are waiting in van
~HIGHLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
~The return trip to pick up our car was good, this attendant was kind and courteous, and arrived within an acceptable amount of time.

The young man who picked us up upon our return was extremely professional. He had only been working there a week but was outstanding. We have used many different long term parking operations but will definitely be back here.

When we arrived at 6:10am the office was locked. We had to wait aprox 30mins for the attendant to park other people's cars. When he finally came and opened the office, we waited another 10 minutes for the Shuttle. We missed our flight. Could have been better. upon return car was safe, check out was quick.

I was very satisfied with the service received and with the rate. The drivers on both trips were very pleasant and courteous. They were prompt with the pickup service from the airport (within 15 min) as stated when I called. I will definitely use this service again.
