You must book your parking reservation online and show up with your confirmation.

When we arrived on 23 December, there were so many cars at the motel that we had to use the crosshatched area next to a handicapped spot. We had a reservation and had paid the whole amount up front, but if it hadn't been for some very helpful people at the motel, we would have been out of luck finding a place to park. (The shuttle service was excellent - the drivers helped us tremendously with parking.) Would definitely use your service again, but not during heavy holiday periods.

The shuttle drivers are courteous and friendly. This was my second time leaving my car here, and I will feel comfortable to leave it there again. Upon arriving back on 12/27, I noticed that the lot appeared completely full, but I had no problem finding a spot when I dropped off on 12/11.

When departure, the shuttle was provided within 10 minutes. When arrival, the shuttle was not available. Then, the hotel told me to use taxi and they paid the taxi fare. I did not need to wait at the airport at midnight at all It was great.

I had booked his parking months in advance, however, when we arrived it was overbooked and we were turned away and had to find alternative parking and I have not yet received a refund. Very disappointing experience as I have had very pleasant ones using this service previously

We use Global Parking in Charlotte N.C. when ever we travel out of CLT. We have always had a great experience with them. We will be traveling in Dec. and will be back using their service again.

Everything went well upon departure. We got off the early morning return flight really tired. No shuttle and the phone was disconnected. So we took a taxi to the motel parking lot. The management reimbursed us for the taxi explaining that they are undoing extensive renovation and were unaware that the phone was down. All in all a 4 star experience

Parking at the hotel and shuttle to the airport were efficient and as advertised. However, on return to the airport I called the hotel and was put on hold for 25 minutes. I finally hung up and called again and was put on hold for 8 more minutes before I could request a shuttle.

DO NOT PARK HERE. On our return we waited about one hour for the shuttle despite 3 phone calls. In one call they said the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later they said it was "on its way". It finally came after a third call. It is a 5 minute trip. The desk clerk on duty expressed no concern when asked about this. There are many other options for parking ar CLT.

I waited outside the airport for the shuttle for 50 minutes because I missed the 9pm one and thought I could wait for the 9:30 because I was told they ran every half hour when I called around 8:45. Apparently you do have to call them for them to send someone to get you, even though when I called the first time they said they ran every half hour. Do they run every half hour, or do you have to call? It can't be both.
