Our complimentary airport shuttle runs from 5:00AM-12:00AM. From the hotel to the airport it runs every 30 minutes on the hour and the half hour. Return shuttle service is on demand, we are just a phone call away from picking you up. Reservations must be made online in advance to take advantage of this internet only special parking rate. The hotel address and driving directions will be provided on your confirmation.

Shuttle was late going to airport due to night person not putting gas in. We waited almost 45 min for return ride. Called three times. Not happy. Had three hour drive still and this delayed us an hour. Do not recommend

Marcus was amazing!! He was prompt and was very funny & nice. He made us feel welcome & was very polite & accommodating. He is by far the best driver of any shuttle, bus, cab or any other service we have ever used in the past.

5 min from the airport and it took them 45 min to pick up. had to wait on hold for 10 minutes before someone answer the phone. check in was good and courteous.

The shuttle to the airport was about 10 minutes behind schedule, the driver was courteous and accommodating in both directions of the trip. I was happy with the overall experience and will certainly use the hotel and global parking co.again. Thanks to all involved.

First time we have used this service. Excellent! Driver was waiting for use after we picked up our bags. No waiting for shuttle. Made the return trip a lot easier. Will use service again.

We were given instructions to meet at a certain spot that did not exist. We were told to meet at A10. There is not a sign that says A10. It was very frustrating not knowing where to meet. We walked up and down the lower level area trying to find a sign that did not exist. The driver was amazing though, we flagged him down and he was watching for us. We appreciate him a lot.

One of the drivers from the hotel to the airport said you have to tip and had a bunch of $5 dollar layed out on his dash and said you see that? You have to tip if you want to go to the airport. I usually tip, but if theyre trying to hustle you to give a tip or they wont drive you when youve paid already then its an exceptionally bad and discourteous type of service. Really makes me think twice regarding use this service.

Front desk person was so helpful and nice, she helped me look up my gate, offered me coffee. I will definitely park at Comfort Inn and Suites again.
