First time we have used this service. Excellent! Driver was waiting for use after we picked up our bags. No waiting for shuttle. Made the return trip a lot easier. Will use service again.

We were given instructions to meet at a certain spot that did not exist. We were told to meet at A10. There is not a sign that says A10. It was very frustrating not knowing where to meet. We walked up and down the lower level area trying to find a sign that did not exist. The driver was amazing though, we flagged him down and he was watching for us. We appreciate him a lot.

One of the drivers from the hotel to the airport said you have to tip and had a bunch of $5 dollar layed out on his dash and said you see that? You have to tip if you want to go to the airport. I usually tip, but if theyre trying to hustle you to give a tip or they wont drive you when youve paid already then its an exceptionally bad and discourteous type of service. Really makes me think twice regarding use this service.

Front desk person was so helpful and nice, she helped me look up my gate, offered me coffee. I will definitely park at Comfort Inn and Suites again.

Comfort Inn DFW South is located just south of the airport. It's about a six minutes ride to the Spirit Airlines terminal. Shuttle was okay and the drivers are nice. Would use again.

I found the people working the desk to be disinterested. The drive taking us to the airport really couldn't care less. The drive on the way back was much better. The van is worn out. The center seat is loose and rocking around as you ride along. The wait time was about a half hour after I called. I don't know if I would use this service again. Smiling and a clean van would help. But at the end of the day I parked and I was picked back up.

Our driver at around 5:30 - 6 am this morning (Dec 14) was so efficient, kind and helpful! As he was also when he delivered us to our outgoing flight onTues. November 29th.

The hotel receptionist who answered the phone gave confusing instructions to meet the shuttle.

Everything went well. I was a bit surprised that Global parking did not have an allocated section, but that was not a problem.

Everything was fast and on time. The shuttle on the way back from the airport was in poor condition... the seat belts were not in working condition for many of the seats.

On the return trip - directions on where to get picked up could be clearer or better marked.

Very close to the airport and easy access from south entrance. The price is excellent and very easy to check in and out. The vans are very old and beat up, but they manage to get you there. The drivers are very nice and will take your luggage in and out of the van for you. Parking lot has plenty of room to park if you don't require covered parking.

Upon returning to DFW, the front desk did not answer my call for around 30 minutes. I thought I was stranded!! When they answered, the shuttle was prompt.
