Located 1.5 mi. from the Dallas Fort Worth Airport

Located right off Rt. 114 (John Carpenter Fwy) on the west side of DFW in Grapevine 5 minutes from Dallas Ft. Worth airport. Free shuttle services is included with your paid parking reservation for up to 2 shuttle passengers ONLY. *Additional shuttle passengers will be charged $5.00/person plus tax. If you have a large group, please drop additional passengers off at the airport before parking at the the hotel in order to avoid additional fees. Our shuttle runs from 5:00AM-12:00AM every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour. Breakfast is available inside the hotel lobby for $6.00 per person. You MUST present your printed confirmation upon arrival. NO PETS allowed in the hotel or on the shuttle. The hotel address and driving directions will be provided on your confirmation.

My Global Airport Parking experience was good but not excellent. I must admit there were weather issues when I arrived. I barely made my flight. I did not get to check-in my bag because the driver was late to pick me up at the hotel. She was stuck in traffic because of accidents. The hotel was a little difficult to find. I called the front desk at the hotel and they gave me directions. On the return, everything went as planned. Driver arrived on time and I got back to Oklahoma in good time.

Having parked in other lots before, I was highly disappointed with this hotel's service. Lobby attendants were lukewarm, at best, shuttle driver went well out of the way on the way to the airport, causing an extra 30 minutes to be lost. Upon pickup time, I was left waiting an hour for a van to pick me up, even though I called and was told less than 30 minutes. I will not use this lot again and I may or may not utilize Global Airport Parking again, as the shuttles seem to take longer each time.

I'm highly disappointed. I waited over 30 minutes outside in the cold, after calling to be picked up because it was a mistake on your end. I will never use your services again!

There were a number of things that will make me reconsider using Global again and this particular facility: 1) Shuttle rides every half hour and it starts at 5:00am. We missed our 6:00am flight after we realized that the schedule was unlike any other Global facility we had used in the past. 2) The van is very limited in storage space, so there is varely any space if multiple passengers are riding. 3) Driver did not leave the hotel on time for pick up after we had called after returning.

Impossible to find the Holiday Inn by the instructions on your website. We had to call to find it. Pick up at DFW was badly planned - 7 passengers and luggage sitting in our laps. Driver was unaware that we would have so much luggage as she had not been informed. Most passengers hung in there but it seemed like a forever trip of discomfort.

Holiday Inn Express Grapevine is convenient for drivers west of DFW. I have parked here several times, and staff always are efficient and customer friendly.

Waited for 30 minutes for them to pick me up from the airport and they still drove right past me. I tried to flag them down along with crew members who tried to help me but the shuttle kept driving. Didn't even stop at the courtesy van pick up area. Had to call back and wait another 30 minutes in 40 degree weather.

The shuttle ride 'to' the airport was fine, however, on the shuttle ride 'from' the airport, we had to call 2X and waited close to 50 mins for pickup. The shuttle driver indicated that incorrect info was provided for a previous passenger pickup which resulted in the delay. That passenger waited 45 mins for pickup. Find it interesting how the hotel front desk could give info on a terminal that did 'not' exist as per the previous passengers comment during the shuttle ride to the hotel.

Best price and reasonable service. Would have been as good as you could expect except the pick up on the return was not so good. The hotel told me wife to be at a spot not physically possible to be at, told her the van was waiting for her at that spot. As my wife spent time trying to get there, she went back to where she had been and the van was there. The driver had been told to drive around and they simply missed each other. Added about 30 minutes.

They do not run the shuttle at their posted scheduled times. I was extremely late to the airport on the way out as a result, and then they made me wait for over 1 hour to be picked up upon my return. I use GAP often and will avoid this property from now on.

Need better directions to the parking lot. Since I now know where it is, It will be easy to find but I had to search since the address was not apparent from the street.

My daughter called before they left DTW bc they were leaving late. She indicated to me that the hotel operator who answered the phone was kinda rude and said,if they didn't get there, they would have to find a cab back. This made her nervous as this was her first time using this service. I was was told when making the reservations for her times they were approximate. So I figured there would be no issues and the reservation says shuttle service until 12:00 a.m. She did say the driver was nice.

Going to the airport was fine. Being picked up an eight person van was sent for nine people. I will use the service in the future.

Shuttle was clean and prompt. Called as soon as I got off my flight and they were waiting when I arrived at there designated area. Excellent front desk customer service as well!
