Service was not available after midnight and when our flights were changedoing we were unable to get service and had to pay another company who was at the airport for transport to our car. This service should be 24 hours, or at least until last flight in. Very disappointed and paid double by the end. Should have just used airport parking.

I had a very pleasant experience with parking at Embassy Suites at KCI; and I would use them again and also recommend others to use them. I felt like my truck was very secure there and making the connections to the airport was very easy.

Attendants were kind and courteous. Parking was easy and shuttle service was timely. The only negative was the time it took for the phone to be answered to request a shuttle. I tried several times before I could get an answer. Beyond the phone issue our experience was very good!

I remember the good old days when one didn't have to pay extra parking fees to leave their car at Embassy Suites after paying to spend the night. Global Airport Parking had nothing to do with the service; it was Embassy Suites.

They went above and beyond. My flight came in at 11:47 pm. Even though they were supposed to be done by midnight they sent some to get me from the airport and take me back to my car.

Global Airport Parking is our first & only choice. We parked at Embassy Suites and everyone from the people at the front desk to the driver of the shuttle were so friendly, polite & helpful. This was our 3rd time using Global and we highly recommend them over any other airport parking.

I believe when parking at this hotel,more specific parking directions should be e-mailed. Sign up didn't work as well as other as other locations, give benefit of doubt because it was early in am.

Was very pleased with this service. I normally fly out of Wichita but tried Kansas City for this trip. I normally pay $15/day for parking so I was absolutely ecstatic to find out I could park where I was already located from my night in the hotel, for 1/3 of that price. Shuttle to and from were very helpful, though I wish there was an option for on demand shuttle... standing outside with my 15 month old in 102° heat index for 20 minutes wasn't too fun. Overall very pleased.

The first shuttle was only about a ten minute wait, (to the airport) but on my arrival home, I had to wait 45 minutes before the shuttle picked me and another gentleman up. The parking lot was not gated, as what I'm used to in St. Louis, nor was the service that great. I wasn't over all impressed with the Hilton Legacy hotel. I would give it a 2 star rating. And that's pushing it.

Absolutely great service had never of them, but Verna had and she was right. They are great!!!
