I was very pleased with the overall service provided, specially the person that allowed me the opportunity to collect my car after hours.
That made my trip much more effective, rewarding and needless to say, for any company to excel, customer service is the key.

When I arrived at location, staff had no knowledge of reservation. Took a long time to get straightened out. Left car with valet and boarded van to airport. Return shuttle took forever. then when returned to lot, where had paid for indoor parking -found they left my car outside in a non-fenced, unsecure area for 5 days. Global has yet to make this right.

The attendants were very nice, and the shuttle service was very quick--the place is just a little hard to find for the first time.

The attendant picked us up and took us to the lot to get our car. We had pre paid for it to be washed when we left. When we got to the lot it was apparent the car had not been properly washed. When we asked the attendant about it he said it was washed(we took pictures...the car was dirty.)
He also rudely told us we would need to talk to the manager and it wasn't his job.

The worst and rudest servic i had anywhere in the USA. Waited more than 1 hour for the shuttle. The driver George just passed without stopping.

When we booked our reservation we had no idea what to expect because Miami is not our favorite place. However we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The garage was easy to find with the directions given and the garage was clean and the people there very nice. They got us to the airport very quickly and picked us up promptly when we returned. Our car was waiting right inside the garage door when we arrived on a Sunday night. I would definitely use them again if needed.

My 27 year old Porsche was treated with the same respect and care of all the other, much more valuable exotic cars that were stored in the indoor parking facility. The staff still treated me and my car like we were very well-off customers. When I arrived back in Miami, the courtesy shuttle was at the terminal in less than 10 minutes. I'll easily use their facility again, whenever I fly out of MIA.

All was fine. Only problem was finding the place. I was looking for Global signs and it was aPark & Fly. Otherwise - great.
