The parking garage was a good place to leave my car. We did wait a while for the shuttle on the way back from the airport but that could have been due to timing.

You need better signage telling you to keep your ticket with you and check in at desk when you come back.

We were pleased that the front desk helped us as we had misplaced our parking card. they gave us grace and a courtesy card to be able to exit the lot

When you arrive to the Hilton, It was confusing where to park since they have multiple locations to park. Also, the floor number should be indicated to prevent people from parking on other than the rooftop.

Having never flown out of Newark, I was hesitant about finding such a cheap parking option, but I could not have been happier. It was so easy to book and the shuttle services were fantastic. We didn't have to wait going or coming back from the airport. I would highly recommend this lot and service to anyone who needs to park in that area!

Staff at the Hilton very helpfull: upon returning, my car battery was dead (I unfortunately had left the inside light) and they helped me jump my car.

The shuttle driver Percy was extremely friendly and truly enjoyed customers. The only thing with parking on the roof was that we expected an elevator up there and had to carry luggage down a few flights of stairs. We will know better next time.

My second parking stay at the Hilton Newark Airport was easier than the first. I like the rooftop location better than the ground level lot. Up on the roof, the spaces may be a little wider, there were lots of open spacs to choose from and no bird droppings. The rooftop feels a little more secure to me. If you have a lot of bags, unload at the hotel before parking. There is no elevator in the garage and the land lot is a long walk.

Shuttle was 45 minute late for the pick up, not something one looks forward to after an overnight flight from the west coast. You advertise shuttle 24/7, but you don't tell anyone how long you will make them wait. Not impressive service.

The shuttle back to the hotel took a little time, but it was later at night and came within the 20 minute trip time. All around good experience.
