Was fine until it was time to get us at the airport. We were told to call a taxi, they stopped their return service. Besides the additional cost (which was included in the amount we already paid) it was an inconvenience and time wasted. We will never use Global again nor will we recommend it.

Getting to the airport was good but the service was 35 minutes late picking me up. I called after waiting 15 minutes they took time locating my reservation the man on the phone was edgy. After finding my reservation they were still 15 more minutes.

This was my first time using this service and didn't know what to expect, but everything worked out very well. I would definetly use this service again and pass along the information to other people.

This is the first time that an attendant has never even offered to help place and remove luggage into a shuttle van. The pricing was fair. Shuttle arrived 20 minutes after a call was placed. When I originally arrived I asked as to how we were to be picked up. The woman at the Ramada said that we needed to call when we arrived. As an afterthought, she gave me a business card. Had I not asked about the pickup, I would never had known to call, as there is no courtesy phone at the airport.

the price is ok. The problem is that if your flight is after 8PM at either end the shuttle is not available. The customer must pay 10.00 for taxi back to the Ramada or to the airpot.
I also found out that parking t the airport is just about the same amount, so I am sorry to say that I won't be using your service out of Stewart airport anymore. Thank you

No info on alternate transportation to airport offered if needed after/before shuttle hours. Shuttle hours offered inadequate. Also, when I arrived at front desk no one was there for 10 minutes to check me in. When I presented my reservation # I was told it was insufficient as a computer printout was required. I was directed to hotel computer to print it. This was time consuming for someone on way to airport. Will probably not use again if flights at off hours.

Upon return at 7:35 I called. Told that shuttle would be leaving to pick us up. I waited outside. At 7:55 I called and was told that the shuttle stops at 8pm and the driver was not available. I told them I had called earlier and what I had been told. They said they would call a taxi and would pay for it. After another 15 minutes of waiting in the cold I called back and they told me to take whatever taxi I could find. Upon return they did not want to pay what the taxi driver requested. They did

The location should track your flight arrival and also the flight times on the paper work that they ask for when you drop off your vehicle off so they can be there to pick you up without having to call.

The Right Side of my Car was severely damaged. The hotel Manager was totally disrespectful to me. Would not even give me his last name. A Police report was filed. Looks like a snow plow ran up against both sides of the car.

I paid for parking, the shuttle was very quick, everyone was friendly. Would use again.

I was unable to use the service as I did not fly out of SWF. A death caused me to have to change my plans. A REFUND OR CREDIT WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I was assured that a shuttle would be available upon my arrival on Saturday evening August 24th. I talked to the front desk at Ramada on the 19th to assure this and again on the 24th before my plane left Orlando at 6:30pm. Upon arrival I was informed that it stopped at 8pm and I was on my own, but was informed the cab ride was only eight dollars. $28 dollars later I reached my auto.

My first experience; it saved me $100, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Inn personnel were courteous, helpful, and prompt.
