Somebody behind the desk who can barely see the parking lot has to operate the gate with a remote. My wife had to get out of the car to get his attention twice. After our trip, we waited 40 minutes for the shuttle, and we heard a call come in to pick up 8 more passengers, but we were full, and the driver said he'd have to come back after dropping us off; they'd have to wait.
We had to get the attention of the attendant again to open the gate when we retrieved our car. We are not coming back

A parking spot is a parking spot. The only difference is customer service. At Quality Inn, the driver was very nice and helpful, and relatively quick. Drop off was easy, because I was right there at the hotel advocating for myself, but the pick up was a bit harder. I really had to push the desk to send over the van before I exited the airport. It was cold, right after a blizzard, and I really had to stay on the front desk to come pick me up. I was made to feel rude for asking for basic service.

Attendant that took us to airport was "okay". I gave him a tip and he did not say thank you, even when I prompted him. He made no conversation when taking us to airport. Not very personable. The attendant that brought us back, was very nice, courteous and easy to talk to. He got a bigger tip.

I really like that the lot is small and very close (5 min!) to the airport. I'm not entirely happy that the rates advertised are $6-$6.50 per day, and I get charged $8/day. Why?
Last night we got in at 10:30, were on the curb with carry on bags at 10:45, called the hotel and was told we had to wait 15-20 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. Seemed like forever. Airport and Quality lot were empty, dead. Why the long wait? Every other parking service went by, some multiple times.

I usually use another global hotel parking lot and the shuttle takes 30-45 min after I call (usually twice). This time, the shuttle was there in 10 minutes, that was a welcome change, and much appreciated

We've used this lot many times and have usually experienced a prompt pickup. Tonight it took nearly 1/2 hour for the shuttle to pick us up. We'll give them one more try, but if this is the new normal, we'll be looking for other parking arrangements.

Where I arrived at the Philadelphia Airport, I called the hotel so I could be picked up. No one answered the phone. I called a second time. No one answered the phone. There were no shuttles driving around the baggage claim like the other parking lots do. After my third attempt, someone answered the phone, and I was picked up in about 15 minutes. The driver was nice. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was told there were no parking spots. I reserved a spot weeks before, and I paid in advance.

Very easy to check in to the lot. The shuttle even took us to the airport a few minutes early of its scheduled departure time, since we were the only passengers waiting. Excellent service!

I have been using the parking at the Quality Inn for the last 3 years and find that it is convenient and very affordable. I recommend it.

Truck was parked along fence and suffered extensive chipping including a chipped windshield from stones and mud which covered the front, hood and the cab of the truck. Suspect a vehicle, possible something like a uncovered stone-hauling truck flung debris over our vehicle and others that were parked in the lot.
I'm sure you will get other reports and negative reviews regarding this incident. Also, it was hard to detect due to the late hour and lack of light.

We had to wait outside at the airport for 35 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Way too long!
