We read the shuttle leaves HoJo every 15 minutes but when we got there, we were told every hour. The "parking lot" was not a lot but a space on the side of the street in the dirt. We weren't completely confident of our safety nor the safety of our car being left for a week on a public street in a questionable neighborhood. It didn't appear that the area was monitored by security and we weren't given a ticket or card of any sort to place in our window so why did we pay to park on street?

The whole shuttle service was great. The hotel clerk left was a little rude & slovenly.

The parking spaces are not designated nor are the access and egress identified. As such we were almost blocked in. Since the car across from me had vacated, I was able to drive over a curb and then slip between a car and the abandoned house with inches to spare.
I would not use this parking option again.

Parking was a little difficult to move around in the lot since there wasn't an exact direction that everyone was parked. The shuttle attendants were both very helpful and courteous. Overall it was a great experience and I will be using them again.

I was not expecting a dirt parking lot at a Howard Johnson Hotel. I have used other hotel parking lots at PHX airport that have black top, lights and security. Shuttle and drivers were fine.

Parking with Global at Howard Johnson's in Phoenix was handy and very economical. It was close to the airport and they were quick to respond to pick us up when we returned.

We did not park in your lot. A shuttle that only runs once an hour isn't conducive to easy travel. We finally figured out that the parking was in the parking lot of the Motel.The parking lot was pretty crowded anyway, and wasn't fenced either. Unless, the actual parking may be elsewhere. Luckily,there is a lot right around the corner that had $5 a day parking and a shuttle regularly.

Driver on our return trip was driving too fast & braking too hard, throwing us around the van a bit. Schedule for pick up for departure was different than website; desk clerk said attempts to correct website have failed.

Took 50 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up.
Will NEVER use your service again.
