The parking lot was questionable - didn't look secure, but our van was fine when we returned. The shuttle was in good condition and on time. We will use this site again when we have to fly out of PHX>

Howard Johnson's had me park in the gravel lot in back of the motel which seemed poorly lit, only partially fenced in, and I was concerned about getting a flat tire. I will find another parking spot next time. The shuttle Itself gets five stars. Parking gets 2 stars.

I parked at hotel even though I knew I would have issues and did not feel good about it. I asked the hotel manager if it was safe and he said no problems. I parked under the lights and my read windshield was busted out. Nothing was taken but still the new windshield and time from work cost over $400. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. NOT SAFE NOT customer friendly. After breaking of window I notified the night manager Ron of the window and he said sorry. This is B. S. I request a refund for broke

A little complicated to distinguish between the HoJo parking administration and the actual parking lot behind.
A little disconcerting to see the condition of the parking lot.
But our car was completely safe. The attendant was very courteous. The lot is very close to the airport and the price is right. So we'll use it again.

It was odd to park in a gravel lot behind a hotel in front of someones house. Although mentioned on the phone intro at the hotel it was odd to take another named shuttle service to the hotel for pickup - overall parking is parking but this one seemed sketchy - the car was there and nothing wrong with it upon return

Overall it was excellent however, i may have dropped a envelope with significant cash when I was digging for my keys. It was very dark so I didn't see it fall. Please call me if the attendant found it or if it was turned in.
I can identify the envelope and cash contents.

The ratings above refer to the Howard Johnson parking lot (unlocked & unmonitored) & staff. We arrived at 6:15am, parked the car, & then were told that the shuttle to the airport only ran 1x/hr (0:5). I didn't notice this fine print when I booked the parking reservation. We had to hire a $40 taxi to the airport, otherwise risk missing our flight. The HJ clerk called the taxi for us; however, he acted like we were imposing on him. The return shuttle driver was timely & great. No probs there.

The people at the hotel was VERY informative and rude.. The "parking lot" was just shy of extremely poor...

I enjoyed this option of being able to leave my car at the hotel for a few days. It helped me explore an option that did not inconvenience my friends or family by having them run me to the airport and I found it to be very reasonable with price. The shuttle was prompt and on-time and I was able to meet my flight time with ease. Thank you.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The hotel was easy to find, and the shuttle came quickly. On our return trip the shuttle came to pick us up promptly and again, the attendant was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility.

First I will say it all worked out, but when i got there I was told to park on the street!? I insisted on parking inside the hotel but spent two weeks worried my car would be towed. This is not a parking lot its a hotel that charges you to park on the street...?? Nobody even checked my paperwork, I could have paid for 1 day and stayed 2 weeks. Very sketchy if you ask me.

Shuttle service on our return was very good. At the parking facility the shuttle service was poor, as there was only one pickup per hour, which would be terrible if the traffic snarl made you miss the time for the one pickup. Suggest at least 2 pickup times per hour.
There wasn't any room to park in the lot so we had to park on the shoulder of the road. Doesn't seem too secure.
