Our driver Eddie, is the best. Courteous, helpful, willing to go over and above for his customer.
Upon return from the cruise, Eddie was right there to pick us up at terminal three. I have a mobility scooter, and rather than transport us to our car at your lot, and then have me drive the car back and pick up the scooter and our bags, he and his assistant loaded the scooter in the van so that we could take off right from your lot, without having to return to the terminal to load the scooter.

we are using you again in Port Canaveral the latter part of January, so you must be good.
we had a wheel chair person with us, so could not stand and wait while the other people were picked up from the port, so took a cab to get to the lot.

Going we had a very old van.... Coming back we had
a new van.
The old van needed to be replaced.
But service has been good all the years we have used your service.

Very convenient to the port (you could walk if you couldn't catch the shuttle), considerably less expensive that port parking, fast shuttle service, and good people working there. I'd use them again.

Shuttle service was good - the vehicles are small, however, so more trips are necessary.
We inadvertently left a rear window open and one of your attendants very thoughtfully covered it so that the rain wouldn't get in. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but we were very impressed as he was so considerate.
We will definitely use your facility again.

Was surprised it was just a vacant fenced in lot, with no office or personal except for one person waving us in. The van that took us to the port was very old and in bad shape, other than that every thing turned out ok!!!

was promptly taken to our cruise ship. when we returned called for the shuttle and within 10 minutes our shuttle was there. the driver was very helpful and courteous. will use 241 again.

Definitely need more than one shuttle when cruise ships return-taking only 6 at a time is not effective. We were lucky enough to get one of the first ones because our porter got us there quickly but others were calling and needing rides

We have used this service for our last few trips and it has proven to be a great find with its vicinity to the port and it is easy to find. The drivers are courteous and prompt when we arrive back. I recommend 241 Car Services and Global Airport Parking to everyone who asks.

I called many times and they didn't answered the phone and never came to pick us at the port, and when I get walking to pick up my car, the driver's door was has been opened.
