The Club CLE

Location📍: Concourse B (After Security)    

Operational Hours🕰️: 4:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. 

The Club CLE is at the entrance to Concourse B; turn right after the security. It is a small, comfortable lounge with limited seating and beautiful tarmac views. The highlight of the lounge? FLOH Vodka–branded bar featuring local Cleveland distillery fare.

Access is granted to:

  • Business/First Class travelers on qualifying United or Star Alliance flights, which include United Polaris Business Class on long-haul international flights, United Business Class on transcontinental routes, and International First Class on a Star Alliance airline.  
  • MileagePlus Premier Gold status (and higher) on intercontinental flights, or when traveling internationally on United or a Star Alliance airline. 
  • Day Passes: $59. Must be traveling on United, Star Alliance, or a partner airline. Valid only within 3 hours of flight departure (except for connections). 
  • Active U.S. military and family, Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members, and other qualifying alliances are also eligible.

  • Admittance is allowed only at departure or arrival airports for those flights. 
  • The boarding pass must be for a United, Star Alliance, or partner flight. 
  • A valid United Club membership or a one-time pass, a same-day boarding pass, and a government-issued photo ID are required to access the lounge. 
  • Day pass access is subject to availability. 
  • United Club Individual membership costs $750 (or 94,000 miles), while All-Access Membership costs $1,400 (or 175,000 miles).  

USO Lounge 

Location📍: Baggage claim, adjacent to carousel 1 (Pre-Security)    

Operational Hours 🕰️: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

About Cleveland Airport Terminal 

Cleveland Hopkins has a single two-level passenger terminal with 3 Concourses: A, B, and C. After clearing security, passengers may move freely between the concourses.

Hopkins Hangout Pass

Beginning August 11, 2025, non-ticketed individuals can apply for the Hopkins Hangout Pass to go past security. You can apply for the pass up to 7 days prior. This allows friends or family to join travelers in the airside for dining, farewells, or even to explore airport amenities.
